Luck? I don’t know anything about luck. I’ve never banked on it and I’m afraid of people who do. Luck to me is something else: Hard work – and realizing what is opportunity and what isn’t.

There is no such thing as an overnight success. We get to where we are through tireless work and long hours. And then one morning, we wake up and it falls into place. That is the truth about overnight successes.

If we believe in luck, we miss out on a lot of other fabulous opportunities. We miss out on the opportunity to learn from our failures. We miss out on the opportunities to grow with the market. We miss out on opportunities to better ourselves as bosses.

Hard work is what separates us from our competition.
