10 Ideas for 5 Minute Productive Breaks

Sometimes, the hardest part of my day is staying focused. I love a good break. But then again, don’t we all. Unfortunately, my breaks have a bad habit of turning into vacations. Somedays are harder than other for me to reel myself back in and stay focused.

So, I made myself a list of PRODUCTIVE break ideas. Whenever I feel like taking a break but I don’t want to waste too much time, I pull it out and do one idea.
